Slimming World- what to eat on weigh in day?

Today is weigh in day for me and my group doesn't meet until 7.15pm so I want to eat fairly light foods that won't bloat me. I try and eat similar foods each Tuesday so it doesn't distort my weight loss. Breakfast is once again on the go so I've started the day with two Slimming World Hi Fi Light bars (healthy extra B). For lunch I had the leftovers from last nights veggie chilli with a large side salad.

For tonight, I've made a syn free vegetable lasagne which hubby will have ready with me when I get back from group. I'll serve this with a mixed salad bursting with superfree veggies.
