Syn free Indian feast

Last Saturday I made this Indian banquet which was not only Slimming World friendly but also totally syn free. It was for just the two of us but there was so much food I've been snacking on it all week for lunch!

The meal consisted of:
Vegetable pakoras
Channa Masala
Mumbai aloo
Salad of tomato and red onion
Banana salad
Chicken Tikka

It was really delicious and the dishes were SO easy to make. A hit all round!

  1. I forgot to say, we also had boiled rice. I buy it frozen, a total cheat, but so easy to prepare and still syn free.
