What's for dinner?

Last night I stuffed portobello mushrooms with baby plum tomatoes and reduced fat cheddar cheese (45g as a Healthy Extra A). Baked them in the oven for 25 minutes and served them with Slimming World chips and a side salad. It was delicious and very filling!

This was such an easy meal to make and the whole thing was ready in 30 minutes.
